電蒸汽鍋爐點火運行前應(yīng)對供熱系統(tǒng)進行調(diào)節(jié)，下面濟南盛鑫鍋爐的有關(guān)技術(shù)人員就給大家介紹一下供熱系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)方法。
1、電蒸汽鍋爐加水，打開補水閥門，將鍋爐注水至正常水位，然后關(guān)閉補水閥門。打開系統(tǒng)補水管閥門進行加水，并觀察各自動排氣情況，直到排氣閥不排氣為止，然后關(guān)閉加水閥門。

2、電蒸汽鍋爐與系統(tǒng)加完水后通過控制箱設(shè)定水泵低溫運轉(zhuǎn)，開泵前除加水閥門不開外所有閥門均開啟，還應(yīng)打開啟閉器液壓管排氣閥排氣。此時應(yīng)觀察鍋爐水位，如水位上升，則應(yīng)適當(dāng)關(guān)小阻力調(diào)節(jié)閥，直到鍋爐水位不升為止：如水位下降，證明系統(tǒng)水不滿，應(yīng)繼續(xù)往鍋爐補水，直到水位不降為止。

3、電蒸汽鍋爐水位調(diào)整正常后，關(guān)閉水泵，檢查啟閉器，止回閥是否正常。檢查的方法是看鍋爐水位是否上升，如上升，證明有關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)的地方，可耳附在啟閉器和止回閥上聽，如關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)則會聽到“嚓嚓”的水流聲，如是啟閉器的問題請按其說明書處理，如是啟回閥的問題，應(yīng)拆下檢查活門是否靈活，閥里是否有異物卡住。
