一、鍋爐檢查對(duì)我市的一些企業(yè)進(jìn)行鍋爐的檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題
鍋爐水處理設(shè)備質(zhì)量良莠不齊，部分設(shè)備粗制濫造，容易損壞，甚至存在嚴(yán)重的設(shè)計(jì)缺陷。國(guó)家對(duì)鍋爐水處理系統(tǒng)安裝單位未實(shí)行資質(zhì)認(rèn)定，安裝單位技術(shù)水平參差不齊，一些安裝單位由于技術(shù)能力限制，導(dǎo)致水處理系統(tǒng)在安裝時(shí)就埋下安全隱患。部分企業(yè)沒(méi)有配備專職的水處理工或以司爐工兼職代替，水處理操作人員專業(yè)知識(shí)缺乏。企業(yè)普遍存在輕視水處理工作的問(wèn)題，沒(méi)有充分認(rèn)識(shí)到水處理工作對(duì)安全生產(chǎn)、節(jié)能減排的重要作用。

1、盡快制定完善水處理設(shè)備相關(guān)強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并對(duì)水處理設(shè)備實(shí)行市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入制度，確保設(shè)備安全可靠。
