1、常壓當(dāng)承壓使用
將常壓熱水鍋爐直接和自來水或采暖系統(tǒng)密閉循環(huán)。也就是將鍋爐本體上與大氣相通的排汽管當(dāng)做回水管使用,使鍋爐本體始終處于滿水承壓狀態(tài)。這種密閉循環(huán)方式有兩種危害:第一是當(dāng)爐水溫度過高時,產(chǎn)生的蒸汽無法排泄出去,因而壓力會不斷上升,爆炸和泄漏事故隨時都有可能發(fā)生。第二是即使?fàn)t水溫度不高,不會產(chǎn)生大量蒸汽,但由于有循環(huán)泵的作用,鍋爐本體承受熱水循環(huán)壓力是較高的。

2、質(zhì)量差,發(fā)展緩慢
常壓熱水鍋爐制造廠發(fā)展迅速,出現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品供大于求的情況,有的生產(chǎn)廠家技術(shù)力量薄弱,制造質(zhì)量差,且各廠家之間競爭非常激烈,相互壓價,有的廠家甚至偷工減料。設(shè)計不規(guī)范。常壓熱水鍋爐與承壓鍋爐相比,有顯著的特點,特別是在熱力和水動力方面,因此常壓熱水鍋爐的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計應(yīng)符合其自身的特點。但目前常壓熱水鍋爐設(shè)計還不規(guī)范,設(shè)計時根本不進行熱力計算和水動力計算,常壓熱水鍋爐的設(shè)計基本上是在承壓鍋爐的基礎(chǔ)上改為開口形式而已,其它結(jié)構(gòu)原樣復(fù)制,致使鍋爐水循環(huán)不良,浪費能源。
