1、鍋爐超壓的現(xiàn)象
（1）蒸汽溫度升高而蒸汽流量減少。
Steam temperature and steam flow is reduced.
（2）發(fā)出超壓報(bào)警信號(hào),超壓聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)裝置動(dòng)作使鍋爐停止送風(fēng)、給煤和引風(fēng)。
Issued overpressure alarm signal, overpressure protection device interlock action to stop blowing the boiler, coal and the wind.
（3）汽壓急劇上升,超過許可工作壓力,壓力表指針超紅線人安全閥動(dòng)作后壓力仍在升高。

2、鍋爐超壓的原因
（1）壓力表管堵塞、凍結(jié);壓力表超過校驗(yàn)期而失效;壓力表?yè)p壞、指針指示壓力不正確,沒有反映鍋爐真正壓力。

（2）經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)降壓使用的鍋爐,假如安全閥口徑?jīng)]做相應(yīng)變化（鍋爐降壓使用時(shí),安全閥口徑應(yīng)增大）,使安全閥的排汽能力不足,汽壓得不到控制而超壓。

（4）用汽單位忽然停止用汽,使汽壓急驟升高。

（5）超壓報(bào)警器失靈,超壓聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)裝置失效。

（6）鍋爐職員沒有監(jiān)視壓力表,當(dāng)負(fù)荷降低時(shí)沒有相應(yīng)減弱燃燒。
